RST Net was given the task of upgrading equipment on transformer 3 in the Sino-Geothermal Power Plant and RST Net was responsible for the design, provision of materials and installation of equipment. 

The task consisted of the following items:

• Design, supply and installation of new coolers for the transformer
• Provision and replacement of transformer protective devices
• Provision and replacement of oil pumps
• Design, construction and installation of a new control cabinet on a transformer
• Replacement of transformer electrical wiring
• Design, construction and installation of a new transformer expansion vessel
• Replacement of 220 kV throughputs
• Transformer integration paint
• Pre- and post-operation condition analysis of the transformer
