By planting a number of trees in the Westfjords, RST Net has now carbon offset its operations for 2019. RST Net started maintaining carbon accounting last year. A major campaign was undertaken this summer with the planting of stick pine and sitcom spruce, and with that, the company was able to carbon offset its operations last year. This year's activities will then be carbon offset by planting next summer.

The planting is part of RST Net's environmental strategy and is something the company will establish as an annual event.
